      Very collegiate, opportunities to work with many different people Cutting edge products, technologies, but still with a focus on industry impact Managers give opportunities to work on diverse projects Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, try to keep the employees they have

      Slow moving/conservative despite the desire to be "nimble" Very large company can lead to bureaucratic hurdles Average pay, conservative raises, desire to be profitable at all times

      Diverse people, divisions determine growth

      Pros

      The people come from a wide range of skills. The "Fellows" are willing to spend the time fostering talent. Some divisions are still very open to trying new things. Some departments actively try and raise the skills of the team (team work and training).

      Cons

      For some departments S.M.A.R.T. goals are not really understood. Today's goal is lost in the noise of day to day work until it comes time for reviews.
