      Great place to work but starting to decline.

      Pros

      Exceptional work life balance, talented and smart coworkers and leaders, exciting projects and cutting edge technology. Has a "small company" vibe within business units despite being very large now.

      Cons

      More frequent layoffs, terrible communication from senior management, and gradual decline in the items listed in "pros" category. Also very "slow" to adapt to changes, and managements appears unwilling to resource projects adequately.

      Pros

      Great work culture that encourages engineering thinking and nerdiness. Plenty of resources available for technical advancement. Good lab instruments available. Thankfully, no MBA managers/team leads!

      Cons

      Day to day work for certain teams are not fully challenging. Can improve cross team collaboration. Bonus percentages depend on job grade which is not entirely fair.
