Pros

There is not too much pressure on the employees, you can choose wether you want to put hours on something or just stay there, receiving your wage every month. It's pretty stable job position, not too many job offers, not too many laid-offs.

Cons

Not good place to live in, not many things to do. Neither the salary is good, is below the electronics average.

Pros

It's a stable company with a wide range of technology available to work with/on.

Cons

Management seems to have no particular strategy or focus and is extremely risk averse. Resources are spread very thin. ADI has a large basket of technology, but never integrates any of it together to target specific markets or applications so rarely survives after the first generation of a product or application when a customer is trying to cost down something in a high volume market.
