      Healthcare, shift allowance. Not much else

      Cons

      Low wages, operators are unionised whereas technicians are not and get trampled on, no investment in training or proper service engineers. Handling acids and other hazardous materials without proper training.

      + Very interested in training & development to turn you into the best engineer you can be. + Lots of mobility/opportunities to move to where you are most interested and where you think you can do the most good. + Competent senior leadership that looks to the future when strategic planning. + Work was interesting and varied. + Company culture is very friendly, welcoming, laid-back without being lazy. Many fun extra-curriculars/volunteering to participate in. + Work/life balance is excellent. + Future of the company is bright.

      Cons

      - Path to promotion sometimes unclear. Need to take initiative (not necessarily a bad thing) - Total compensation something to be desired, contributing factor to decision to leave.

      Knowledgeable coworkers, relatively less stressful than most companies, work life balance

      Cons

      Too much change/reorg/layoffs, higher management has no idea what engineers are doing, stagnant career growth, low pay, Irish mafia took over important jobs and not do great job
