      decent health insurance is provided. fellow workers are mostly very nice

      5 cycle shift is not easy after a number of years. work loads are increasing and can get very stressful. pay is poor compared to surrounding companies , canteen food is okay on day shift but very poor on nights and weekends . some management treat staff with disdain .
