      Good salary w.r.t Turkey's economical situation

      Cons

      Unjust workload distributon by unetichal managers. After interviews, you think you're gonna split the atom; however -> huge disappointment about the definition of the job (I think it is done intentionally for this position)

      Great opportunity to learn and gain expertise with the technology.

      Cons

      Frequent reorganizations. Employee performance evaluation and growth planning is poorly done if at all. Everyone wants to work from home including lab technicians. Very relaxed environment but it seems that they’re always happy to get things done tomorrow rather than today. Deadlines keeps getting pushed while they build very aggressive project schedules. HR is non existent. Pay and benefits are low for the Boston area.
