      Pros

      ADI is a very dynamic, high technology company. Collaboration and Innovation is at the heart of everything at all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      With the recent integration of Maxim, the culture of the company specially in manufacturing, has dramatically and drastically changed. ADI culture is gone. The company becoming more like Maxim. And this can be seen more in the factories.

      Bonus to shares scheme. Not much else.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment in the maintenance department. Very little training, working on obsolete machinery. More meetings about doing work than actually doing work.

      Good benefits, decent benefits, senior engineers are experts in their field

      Cons

      almost daily harassment on covid vaccine status, rejected religious exemption, I personally know someone who did not want to get the vaccine, was faced with termination from ADI, and contracted myocarditis
