      The starting is good but overall not a good place to stay on long-term. Great place to start for experience

      Slow promotion like it takes 3 years before you get promoted. Low yearly salary increase in my experience it could be just around 5%. Plus there is no proper training for my case at Analog-Maxim. you will be immiately thrown to projects which are often difficult l
