Pros

Exposure to general industry work is decent and most members of Amazon safety teams I've connected with are helpful in cultivating your safety skills, most relevant for early career safety professionals. The RSUs are nice if you stay long enough.

Cons

In my business unit, very limited opportunity for promotion, and base pay lower than industry standard
