Pros

Good Pay Good Culture Benefits Mobile Interface to pick up shifts or ask for time off.

Cons

You will work hard, and that won't be hard enough. Unless you consider yourself to be fast, this isn't a long term job.

Pros

All Tier 1 associates get paid the same, and those that show interest in learning are often given chances to learn new roles, and earn a few more hours each week.

Cons

All Tier 1 associates are paid the same at Delivery stations. Regardless of if the pull 4 routes in 4 hours or 6 routes in 4 hours. And the laziest person that kisses the right butt usually gets promoted before the hard working, proactive person. Management yells are you, even if they are completely wrong. They will also throw you under the bus for telling you the wrong information.
