1. Good stock growth, so compensation going up.

Cons

1. Bad Management in few teams. It is all about empire building. Now amazon is growing too much, hence it has become difficult for SVPs to keep tab on it. 2. PIP issues. Forced curve and hence good people being managed out. 3. 0 benefits
