Pros

Tow things that stood out for me are the Inclusive nature of the company that provides equal opportunities to all diverse employees, Amazon has set a high bar Inclusion The Scale at which Amazon works provides a lot of learning opportunities, no matter where you are coming from.

Cons

Things can be overwhelming at times, but with proper time management and discipline things fall in place.

Pros

The opportunity to learn and grow is top notch. Amazon is leading the way in many technologies and there is most likely an area to work on that you can feel passionate about. This could be a particular technology stack you want to work in or a particular market sector you want to work in.

Cons

Amazon is large and it is easy to got lost in the ocean without a mentor or someone you can talk with. While Amazon is fast paced I felt like I moved at a snails pace to get onboarded and to get to some real work. I do have 0 years of experience though so. Almost all experiences will be different based on the team you are on.
