Pros

Good chance to pivot within the company, consolidate as employee and look for higher tech related job positions. Depending on the team, tasks will involve an intensively usage of SQL + Python which could help you to gain experience. Corporate role

Cons

Fully implementation of the "return to office" model, meaning 5 days of working from office. The only company within the sector that implemented this policy. Besides, pressure can severely impact both your performance and relationship with manager/stakeholders, leading thus to a stagnation of salary (no annual increase). Very common a raise is not granted. Besides, the good "stocks" bonus is granted during the second year, meaning that if you join the company during the second half of Year 0, you'll be required to stay there >1.5y in order to obtain that package.

Great engineers and peers. A lot of resources to learn

Cons

Experience highly dependent on your manager, i had some good managers under whom i was shining, and under some i was invisible.
