Pros

If you have no other options, it's a steady job if you are willing to work like a dog You will lose weight with all the miles you walk/run in the wharehouse everyday.

Cons

The work is terrible. You are expected to pick over 100 items an hour. The breaks are too short for a 10+ hour shift. By the time you walk to the break area and go through the metal detectors and security to get to the breakroom, break is over. Other employees steal your scanner and/or battery because all the batteries are dead and you will be penalized for not 'making rate' while trying to get working equipment. The work is mind numbing and some of the employees look like GTAV characters (criminals). A scary place to work :/

Pros

Flexible Hours - I can start my day when ever I want. Lots of opportunities to add projects outside of my usually scope of work. I have an awesome manager who tells (and shows!) me regularly that I am valued. I work with great people! There is a culture of wanting to achieve great things. I love working with others who also take pride in what they do and care about our customers. The South Lake Union area is really pretty, I like being close to the city. I get to travel for work! I have been to Europe three times since I started.

Cons

Commuting into Seattle isn't great and it can be difficult to find parking that is reasonably affordable. If there are people on your team that aren't performing well, it is difficult to get them off of your team.
