Not the best place to work

Pros

Good relocation compensation. 3 days off.

Cons

Amazon treats it's employees really poorly. You have no say in what shift you will work...you basically sell your soul to the company. Work extremely long hours. Extremely disorganized company. Don't offer any type of valuable training. Expected to micromanage even though they claim that it's not what they want to do. Very high turn over rate. Amazon doesn't do anything to keep it's managers happy. Work environment feels like a sweatshop.

Pros

Sometimes you would find an open box of candy to eat.

Cons

They worked you like a slave. The breaks were not enough for all the running we had to do throughout the ginormous wear house. They should definitely pay more. In the summertime it was beyond unbearably hot and it is very hard to make rate as a picker.
