Pros

Great salary, impactful work and most of all, great people to work with! Amazon is a great place to help you grow professionally. I totally recommend it if you get the chance.

Cons

The work is quite complex because Amazon is huge, so you can feel overwhelmed in the beginning. Also, having to communicate with people with very different timezones, can make your work life balance take a hit, depending on your position.

Pros

only the salary is good

Cons

you are micro managed all the time, they force you to absurd rhythms, colleagues are careerists. You are forced to feed back over and over for everything and it turns you against your colleagues. There is no collaboration between colleagues because no one has some spare seconds. the targets to reach lead you to be a robot with no space for humanity.
