- you can work on your own pace. - you will have 5 min breaks whenever you want to refresh yourself

Cons

- you will be asked to do lot of things if you are wearing a vest(learning ambassadors) - some managers might pick you again and again if you do a good job which gets little annoying that out of 300 people one person gets asked to do stuff again and again.
