good hourly pay if you don't have any skills everything else is a shitshow. Go get a Degree or Trade

lots of work, physical abuse, the management doesn't care about you just there checks

Pros

It's hard in the beginning but you get the flow, and the benefits are great, people are nice. If you wanna try to do something new you can ask, if you feel some type of way you are open to talking to them privately and they do their best to take care of you.

Cons

Favortisim is pretty big. long working hours and labor (certain dpts)
