Pros

- International team - Punctual payment - relatively good starting point for corporate-newbies in entry-level positions - couple of benefits like private health insurance, discounts for certain brands / services, discount code for a few products on the Amazon website

Cons

- Barely options for promotions or switching departments on the same job level - Appreciation culture = zero - returning to WFO for a job that’s easily done WFH - inefficient communication within & across teams - managers overwhelmed due to too much work load put on them from above - lack of (effective) training whilst expecting 100% accuracy and detailed knowledge on everything - high turn over rate - 100% micromanagement - policy regarding paid sick leave - very hard up to impossible to take (consecutive) time off - steep hierarchy, which they claim they don’t have - claim to have an open door policy, which they don’t (and plenty more)
