Physically hectic. You might have to do blue collar work sometimes. Night shifts and weekend work sucks!

Pros

Salary Job security since Amazon doesn’t easily fire operations teams Benefits Amazon brand name Faster progression as compared to other teams

Cons

Work life balance does not exist at Amazon and especially in operations. A lot of overtime work hours but since you’re salaried employee you won’t get paid extra. Unrealistic expectations since you’re a “Pathways”.
