They do really care about employees personal life. Professional-personal life balance is very good. Salary conditions are average. Good professionals working here. The company is one of the most important players in their industry.

Cons

Due to the size of the company, your role becomes rather specializaed and it is difficult to have a good career path.

Solid profitable company. Flexibility & stability which makes it one of the best employers in Madrid currently. Good working atmosphere.

Cons

What makes it a great place to work (multicultural, solid growth history etc.) can also mean that there is a certain 'status quo' in the way things work that can be hard to shake. Changing the way things get done can be tough.

-Nice environment in the Madrid HQ -Training and development possibilities -International culture

Cons

-Not so nice environment in branch offices -Management is not so transparent to sales and marketing -It is a tough and not so transparent sector when it comes to convince tourist agencies to use the Amadeus booking system.
