      HR practices are still very old-school. For example, career and salary advancements take ages even if you always over-achieve objectives.

      Growing Company, Company is trying to improve workplace participating in best workplace, free breakfast, lunch and snacks, provides annual gift and some gifts as branding, Flexible timings, Internal job movement possible, Have some good policies related to daycare, loans, annual health checkup etc

      Cons

      No work from home policy but can work from home if manager allows, No onsite opportunities, Can work on only single domain since it is airline company, Not up to date in using new technologies, Many projects use internal tools which will not be of use when moving out
