      Great company to build a career

      Pros

      Very international company, a lot of young people that creates a good environment. Possibility to change positions inside the company and learn new things, so you never get bored. Salaries are higher than average in Spain.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that company is really big, processes takes forever. The conditions for permanent contract holders are very good, but for contractors and work experience - not really, even though they work as much as permanent employees.

      You'd better negotiate your salary conditions at the beginning, otherwise it's quite difficult to get a pay rise afterward

      -salaries are below industry average (especially for young graduates) -not an ideal place for those who seek challenges, dynamism - in most departments, work is relatively stress-free and can be demotivating
