Pros
If you have a senior position everything is great: work life balance, salaries, benefits, trainings, opportunities.
Cons
The company has not thought about the juniors. They have a work experience contract for two years time where you work and have responsibilities as a normal employee, but no benefits and super low salary. In addition to this, depending on the department it is pretty hard to stay. There are no trainings given to junior position, and the career plan is non-existing.
