Very intelligent people, great benefits, quite flexible

Cons

There are too many things that are just not made clear and people seem too content to let good impressions stand instead of telling you the absolute truth. Nothing ever gets completed. Then many of the HR processes are just not fit for purpose.

Overall Amadeus is a very good place to work in. The company really cares about the welfare of its employees and offer several benefits including health and life insurance. The work environment is dynamic, international and youthful.
