      Pros

      Company allows you to develop your career since you start. Very good benefits for the employees.

      Cons

      Salary is not competetive for IT profiles. Lack of support from People & Culture if you want to apply for internal opportunities that come with a promotion. Work and life balance is difficult if you work in commercial area.

      Hiper long processes, with many stakeholders that don't know much about the customer and reality of the competitive scenario. Poor management, not willing to take risks. Time to market is absurd
