Worst management I have ever seen

Pros

They pay above market rate. If you want to retire then the location in the south of France is lovely. The atmosphere is laid back.

Cons

The technology is old and the idea of upgrading never precedes beyond talk. No architecture, design or thought goes into the software so it is a mess. Communication is astonishingly bad, both from sales to development, from managers to works and even between teams that are sitting beside each other. There is more interest in playing politics and blame than fixing anything. Management are clueless and seem unwilling or unable to do anything useful.

Joining the organization is a mistake No long-term strategy No long-term planning No proper project management practice Company culture is to protect the mangers but not employees no skill development The most toxic workplace in my entire career. They do nothing about the fact that an employee is suffering They hire for some role and make you work on some random skillsets If someone wants to save their career never think of joining here.
