very BAD company Attrition Rate > 40 % ( yes, i know difficult to believe, but its TRUE) No Development work, only cheap support work Most of the technologies used, are in-house developed by people in France...as a result you don't learn anything that adds value to your resume. Managers are pathetic and abusive ( yes they openly use f-word and other abuses in meeting ) Team members are highly non-cooperative especially if you are collaborating with a team in France. Those who are here for some time act like trained pets, no innovation.. very dumb people..i was surprised to see that a product company can employ such lame people (Yes, they can as the work is only of support.. no brain needed..act like robot) Leaving office at 8 pm is considered leaving before time...Managers keep a watch from there home and force you to be online on office communicator. I can go on writing .. just six months here and feel like the worst mistake of my life.Hell must be a better place. Don't commit the same mistake as mine... have 2-3 offers in hand before joining this company and if you don't like it.... abscond in 10-15 days... this is what 50% of the joiners do.. Worst Managers, they dont know technically how to speak, how to manage the team and less on site.. I think only some teams have onsite for just weeks. and Food is free but very very horrible. Management care for the employees. Poor technologies. Always depends on french counter part. Amadeus india is like service for Nice counter part
