Everyone is nice, professional, and passionate about the work they are doing. Fast-paced environment that provides plenty of opportunity to learn about various business models and industries. Everyone at the company is very team oriented and concerned with their own, and their colleagues, professional development. There are many opportunities to network within the company, as well as with the external professionals.

Cons

Sometimes long hours during the busy times of the year, but otherwise no real cons that concern me.

Pros

Such a great community of people to work with and even though the hours are long the time flies by because everyone loves being in the office. Even after typical work hours it's common for employees to stay later or grab dinner with each other. Additionally AlphaSights is supportive of grad school goals and will help you where possible.

Cons

Long hours and the job requires a lot of time spent on the phone. Additionally this isn't a job that ends at the end of the day; employees are expected to always be on top of their clients so the work/ life balance takes some adjustment.
