Alphasights growth really allows employees to have the benefits of a true meritocracy. There are multiple examples around the office of members who are committed to the firm and their work who have grown quickly within the company. Apart from growth, the atmosphere is a very collegial welcoming environment where everyone has a unique story.

Cons

Hours can be long but that varies per workstyle and volume of projects.
