- personal and professional development - company core values - team environment - office space - company outings and events - company culture - accessible leadership - flat, meritocratic structure

Cons

- benefits/compensation not on par with other firms (specific to NYC) competing for bright young professionals out of college but completely expected given the young nature of the firm as a whole (founded 2008)

Pros

Great people, great benefits, great snacks. Employees are very smart (mostly from top colleges), young, and dynamic. Because the company is growing so quickly, there is a lot of room for career development and management opportunities. The work can be challenging but it is rewarding. Very lively culture--the company prides itself on its culture.

Cons

The hours are pretty long, and you need to be very comfortable talking to people you don't know (on the phone) for a good portion of your day. The culture is also pretty intense, which I think is a good thing but might not be for everyone.
