      Salary is very good Quick progression to manage people / accounts Office is fantastic, overlooking the river, roof terrace, snacks, cafeteria etc Great colleagues - really international, energetic, open and fun Opportunities to travel to global offices or relocate Good internal opportunities given high growth Fun events (team socials, parties, trips) Accessible leadership - founders are super engaged and passionate about the firm and employees
