      Pros

      Good Work-life balance, Multi-skilling, and inter-team mobility, Good place to start for a fresher.

      Cons

      Airbus is a big company in Europe not in India. Worst Management. Way of working is similar to government organizations. Experienced people deserving/non-deserving gets all opportunities. Want to bring a change and innovation wait for a year for approval. If you are looking for a challenging work environment with continuous improvements, this is not the company for you.

      Lack of concern for employees careers has left me wondering

      Pros

      Very little management over site when it comes to even the most complicated tasks. All employees are welcome to do things how they see fit.

      Cons

      No training, no career progression, no real performance reviews, everything is just a block to be checked because HR says we have too. Could be great with more innovative mangers and some sort of direction.

      I cannot think of any.

      Cons

      It has become an A320 factory...no interesting new projects, black box called ISAMI, all they do is integration work, and even this is done badly...Airbus managed to throw all the glamour of engineering in the mud.
