      Pros

      This is a very challenging position, you are in the middle of lot of different multifunctional groups and also responsible to coordinate them. You are permanently in contact with the A/C and the crew, and you are expected to be a link between the production line and Design Office in order to improve the A/C

      Cons

      Very stressful, usually working non paid extra hours, you will work in double shift and also weekends. It is necessary to improve the formation on different A/C systems

      The best aerospace company in the world. High Tech company. Very wide product and competence portfolio. Substantial research and innovation investment. Very diverse. Develops its people. Many many different areas to work.

      Cons

      Huge company size, heavily regulated sectors, and safetyu critical products, requiere processess and organization more complex than other smaller companies. We work very hard to reduce that.
