      Pros

      Airbus is full of internal opportunities to grow within the company, cross function and cross country. The base salary is usually a bit higher than the market. Human company to work in and they really follow all the things they advertise when hiring people. Management style is usually very horizontal and I've always felt heard as an employee. They give a good health insurance, they always match the highest meal allowance of the period (defined by the Portuguese government) and some other company perks.

      Cons

      Base salary can vary a lot for the same function, it means that depending on the country that you're based, you can make sometimes 3x less than a colleague based in a "better resourced country". Very bureaucratic.
