      - Professional Environment - You get to see and learn a lot about manufacturing, regardless of your position - Company politics (some might say thats a con, but I learned a great deal about them)

      Cons

      - Big company => big bureaucracy => slow processes - Many employees worked there for 20+ years => sometimes you can feel a lack of freshness
