International, many opportunities to travel

Cons

Promotions do not follow the HR processes (given to friends, not based on qualifications), difficult to move up if your nationality is not from the 4 founding countries. Very hierarchical, little delegation/empowerment.

Cons

Lots of demotivated people, cheaters and dinosaurs. bad food, promotion based on personal links instead of performance, no strategy at company level
