      Good Cafeteria and offices. Great environment and team buildings. Advantages as the staff council and the bonus or profit sharing are ok

      Calendar cycle goes as follows: Sep - restructure. Dec: Results ....March restructure is announced then everybody work hard until Vacation on may and come back in Sep. Everybody have a reason but work to be there Lack of training and growth
