      Multinational with vasts amounts of resources. It allows for matrix as well as distributed management. Its investment in local businesses is a plus.

      Cons

      Despite the multinational culture of the overall business, each individual BU has its own idiosyncrasy and therefore might be reluctant in adhering to the overall business culture.

      Fantastic products and solutions, diversity of businesses, Great employment security and generally speaking a "employee-friendly" company Great possibility for National or International mobility within the group.

      Cons

      Continuous reorganization, making it difficult if not impossible to get a clear picture on the company strategy. Highly political environment. Bureaucracy. More and more focus on cashflow and less on long term investments Limited raise and room for expansion.

      Wage is great, working environment is a good standard, efficient relaxed work place. Recommend to everyone. Gym on site with a social club.

      Cons

      Commuting is far as it is in the middle of no where, bus for day shifts, could do with some for night shift or have buses that run from train stations
