      Pros

      Plenty international career opportunities within the company, interesting product, great work environment, standing of the brand (in particular in France), great works council.

      Cons

      Limited attrition of workers and employees once hired by Airbus leads to a relatively slow career progress. Average salaries for newcomers do not attract high flyers.

      Stable with good benefits, but lower end salary range

      Pros

      Great for early stage career, with lots of training, lots of movements opening up opportunities for the bold, willing to relocate - so again great for the young. If you are in and content, then it is really good, with generous benefits, and fairly good job security. Good work/ life balance.

      Cons

      With experience individuals tend to get stuck in their roles, seemingly happily drawing the lower than average salary for half a day's work. If you want more and consider your career to be on the up then its not so easy to move around within Airbus, and get recognition for any additional effort or responsibility that you take on.
