Pros

-fair compensation -collaborative work environment -comite d'entreprise sponsors vacations and transport tickets -healthcare benefits -cantine and food which is sponsored -several buses comute from and to Eurocopter

Cons

-most employees are very local people who do not speak proper english and have little international experience -a tendency for being late to meetings within the local frenchies -syndicats are very influent for promotions and salary raise

Pros

Flexible benifits package is good. ( An extra 6% of your salary to spend how you like on flexible benifits on top of some core benifits) A reliable employer during economic turmoil.

Cons

Office atmosphere is not very lively or chatty. Office desks and chairs are uncomfortable.

Pros

Hybrid Working, Work Life Balance, not a product company pure consulting mindset

Cons

-Politics, favouritism, Low compensation, no growth after 2-3 years, management not supportive of - Congested office space with very few facilities, too many people with no seats available for your team, (based on your team size) - Cafeteria always crowded (waiting more than 30-40 mins to get food and seat if you are lucky) - Language discrimination with inherent bias for career growth and promotions - Old technology stack with very few learning opportunities for new technologies (no new projects) - Extreme Micromanagement with punch timings, leaves, hybrid working - No budget for team activities
