No structure, no leadership, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. HR is so screwed up that it's ridiculous!!!! Who is running the show?!?!?!?! Pay for blue collar workers is below industry standard and they expect people to choke it down with a smile on their face!!!! We need a union to protect us but Airbus FAL is trying to convince us that we don't need one. They are more worried about their bonuses than fair pay for the people who actually produce the airplanes!

- Engineering work outsourced to suppliers, so the role was hardly an engineering one at all. Not challenging, not stimulating. - A very male dominated office. - The staff who were responsible for interns had a "no nonsense" attitude, but made very little effort to engage and involve interns within the company. They wanted us to prove ourselves, but offered very little in return. - The company is cutting back on projects and development, making it hard to believe that there will be any good opportunities for a former intern returning as a graduate.
