      It is great fun and a really gr8 company. However i want to see what other options i have.

      It doesnt pay that well especially considering brexit is coming up

      Generally nice people with a passion for aerospace; great product; mature HR processes

      Cons

      Its huge and you can get lost if you don't have a good network; foreign languages are more than a nice to have if you want to get on

      Large company with wide range of career opportunities. Good support to development and learning. Opportunity to work on exciting projects. Opportunity to work in different countries in Europe.

      Cons

      Hierarchical structure and promotion through the different grades may be quite difficult to attain. Doubtful whether the company is reshaping itself to attract the best of the skilful & innovative millennials.
