It was dynamic and hungry. It rewards managers fairly before 2013 based on performance.

Cons

1)Super micro management. 2)Listen too much from mid- senior management. 3)wants a lot from partners but never hold a proper function to reward partners. 4)No work life balance

- There is immense KPI pressure, often resulting in unrealistic targets due to what's referred to as the "Agoda DNA." - Falling short of KPIs even once leads directly to a Performance Improvement Plan, with a 50% chance of termination, accompanied by undue blame and criticism. - Management lacks understanding of the business, mistakenly viewing it as an e-commerce company and resorting to aggressive cost-cutting measures due to their inability to achieve desired outcomes. - A pervasive culture of blame exists, with top managers frequently scapegoating their teams for any shortcomings. - Under pressure, some colleagues give in by either cheating on KPIs or falsely blaming others. - The organization experiences an alarmingly high turnover rate, evident from the constant recruitment activities observable on LinkedIn. The list of issues could go on. It's strongly advisable to avoid joining this company for your own well-being.

- Fully stocked pantry - Good flexi benefit

Cons

- No welcome briefing/ onboarding by HR- New staff are unaware of benefits especially medical benefits and have to ask around - Training for customer experience specialist is very basic, does not cover actual scenarios encountered - Training manager who conducts training is always unsure and provides wrong information - Team leaders and managers do not provide newbies with support or guidance, newbies are thrown into the deep end after 1 month and are forced to figure out how to resolve customer cases - Seniors, team leads and managers are unfriendly
