      The only pro is having a job.

      Cons

      No vacation or holiday pay....insurance is basically nonexistent.

      Room to grow. Some good people.

      Cons

      Old technology. Sales focus rather than people (client/contractor) focus. Low pay. Management if often not trained.

      3 week's of PTO to start with.

      Cons

      There is not balance between your personal life and work. Expected to be available 24x7. In the office I worked for required a lot of work outside of normal business hours that you were not compensated for. They do not believe in half days.. if you wanted to only work 4 hours of a day you were required to use a full 8 hour day of PTO. Liked to think they had an open door policy; however whenever issues/concerns were brought to their attention nothing was taken serious.
