      Pros

      I worked as a recruiter for Adecco for 2 years. Overall the experience was good. You have the ability to make a good amount of money on commission. You also have the opportunity to make connections throughout the local community.

      Cons

      Since the economy is getting better, companies are starting to get away from agency recruiting. Also, there tends to be more of a revolving door with agency recruiting. If you have a manager who does not actively sell Adecco services, your pocketbook will be impacted. Also, Adecco has a lot of national accounts, which means a very long recruiting process. You can lose your candidates during this process. Little to no career advancement.

      Pros

      None. Well maybe, I got paid. But other than that, nothing makes up for the absolutely horrible way they treated you.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Where do I start? They are an awful company that exploits people and pays them less than what they're worth, while also cutting as many corners as they can, including in crucial areas like time off and benefits. They basically are one step above slave labor. This is one lousy company.

      I feel taking advantage of. We get no raises thru company. They do not care about us employees. They see $$$$ thats all we mean. I've been with them for 2 years never miss time, never late, work OT. I don't even get a praise " Hey, Good job" "Thanks for the time you put in" (LINE THEIR pockets) . No calls "just to check in" See how its going. NOTHING
