Pros

Fortune 500 company Great clients Nice office space

Cons

Unprofessional account excutives and Sr. leadership Highly bureaucratic, unorganized, and extremely unproductive Takes advantage of new sales team, by making them recruit candidates without compensation (We are not recruiters, we're sales professionals) Bad attitudes and mistreatment from certain Sr. staff Sr. team are not the smartest people to work with, however, the office VP is very nice and professional A few junior account executives are not well-trained before coming into Adecco, nor are they prepared for corporate level positions Very high-turnover (Office culture needs work, and Sr. team needs restructuring) Terrible candidate reviews on Yelp and Google reviews.

Pros

I was employed by the Sunderland branch and during my time working for them the management team were very good to work with. PS: I left before 2014 but I had no earlier date to choose from so the date is incorrect.

Cons

As I was employed by Adecco to work for another company, the work was only planned to run for so many years then our positons would be terminated. So as the project was coming to a end Adecco offer us a loyalty bonus if we would work until necessary. This bonus was agreed between the company I was working for and with Adecco who I was employed by in order to encourage the work force to stay to ensure the project ran to the end smoothly. If you followed the agreed contract and stayed until your time was up as agreed with the management then you would receive the "Loyalty bonus" . Great no problems and all signed the contract. BUT when the time came to pay out the AGREED loyalty bonus, it was paid into our accounts, but for some unknown reason Adecco withdrew the payment out of peoples bank of whom they could do so. More than 75% the workforce received the payment and the others are left singing for it basically with no explanation as to why. For 7 years now this situation has been going on and still to this day Adecco have NOT given any reason as to why so many were paid and the others were not. But due to legal reasons for time to claim back the loyalty payment (5 years) has passed. But all this time it has became very clear Adecco were only playing for time. I was one of the persons who qualified for the payment and never received it even though I continued to provided my services long after the qualifying period. This is not a disgruntled former employee, as this was our fault for letting things go thinking it would all work out and I accept that. Some may be thinking there must be more than meets the eye and there is 2 sides to a coin. But truthfully it is the whole truth and I ask any Adecco management to say other to clear their name. I do hope people take note and if they are ever offered this Loyalty bonus they do not let things run on as we did. Take legal advice immediately as there are no friends in business.
