      Good place to learn, but very unsustainable culture

      Pros

      Good colleagues, lots of opportunity to learn, flat structure, growth opportunity is there if you slog enough

      Cons

      low pay (that's almost the industry trend), no concept of employee retention, too much work, loads of pressure (inhuman work and pressure, to be honest). Overall the company structure is too unstable. If you are looking to build a stable career, this is not the place.

      There are no pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      Pay was not received one week. It took constant harassment and THREE WEEKS for me to get paid. Towards the two week mark, they stopped returning my calls and wouldn't answer the phone if they saw my phone number.

      Pros

      Established MNC with training programs and some good client portfolio; international mobility programs available. Global network with legacy from the HQ though situation may change in local offices.

      Cons

      Coporate culture, not quite open or transparent in general. HK leadership didn't have strategic vision but a farily strick approach in management - very KPI driven, yet did not tend to invest in staff appropriately. HR was not quite competent and seemed simply focus on basic administration and coordination of global/ regional initaitives (e.g. CSR) rather than initiating value-adding programs to exisiting employees.
