Pros

They will pay you a good salary to start and make you feel supported for the first 2-3 months.

Cons

The resources and training are very hard to navigate or receive. They are VERY numbers driving but will tell you they are about their people. Training is complete trash and up to you to figure out on your own. They have a very high turnover rate and only a few top performers will stay past 1-2 years. Work-life balance is horrendous.
