Pros

You’ll get a paycheck but it might be wrong

Cons

This is the most unorganized and flaky company ever. They lie to their employees and everyone is in constant fear of being laid off. They do not make an effort to hire people of color.

Management is clueless

Pros

Mostly remote work but when you do need to go into the office you get less than a day or two of notice and sometimes the drive is 2 hours each direction.

Cons

No one has an answer to any process questions. Every one who works on an account speaks to the clients but it's not communicated to the team so you look to the client like the company doesn't know what's going on. Commission and salary are very, very low for market value, entire teams have quit to go to other companies.

Terrible company

Pros

Loved my team. Fully remote. Provide laptop and extra screen if needed.

Cons

Terrible organization. They were not upfront about their commission schemes at hiring; their 2021 hires were brought in on a different commission structure than their previous employees. It’s impossible to make money here unless you’ve got a strong market for temp hires. Oh and they lowballed my salary at $50k to start but other people started at almost $60k, with the same education and experience. The technology never works. There’s a new issue every day. They reorganize teams constantly. The training threw so much info at us but most of it was not relevant for the legal industry, however there was so much more that should have been covered that we had to learn through our teams. Dishonesty, micromanaging, terrible commission, super corporate sales- they want you to work impossible hours but you aren’t being compensated fairly. It took me 8 months to find that out. I left to go to another company that was transparent from the very first conversation and paid their employees fairly without requiring salary negotiation
